Out of pure nostalgia and partly as a technical challenge, I've migrated my old blogs as best as possible to this new website.
From late 2008 to early 2011, I wrote articles for this blog quite intensively, but after that it became very quiet here for 14 years.

The birth of my children and everything that comes with it took up quite a lot of time. I was also just busy with my work to earn a living.

The children are now much more independent and I feel I have a bit more free time again. So who knows, maybe I'll write more about things that interest me!

These blogs are now mostly just historical artifacts written in Dutch. But maybe some of the content might still be of interest to a few people.
You can find them on the Dutch part of this site: www.mschaefer.nl/nl/blog. Maybe, some day I'll experiment with machine translating these blogs to make them more accessible.
